Take an intermittent glimpse into life on Twiggity Farm in Roane County WV. We breed Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats under the herd name "Twiggity", make cheese, yogurt and soap from our milk. We also grow a vegetable garden every year.

Nigerian Dwarf goat babies - two weeks old
The goat babies are two weeks old this weekend and it is simply amazing how much they change from week to week. They spend their time playing, resting and EATING!
Heidi only gets to be with them with supervision. I win't let her be with any babies this year. Hopefully next year. Them mother's aren't used to Heidi yet either and give her a pretty tough time when she is in the pen with the goats so I also have to watch out for Heidi's welfare.
I can't believe how much they've grown. Does Heidi get to around them now?
